If it makes you feel better I wore my wife’s jeans to work a few years ago. I wondered on the ride in why are these damn things so tight in the crotch wtf.

I’ve done that before. I wore one black boot and one brown shoe. Other than the color and height they were the same shoe, so they felt the same ... so it took me until about 1:00 to notice.
